Mom Tells Golden Retriever That She Likes Him, Then His Protective Sister Shortly Head Butts In
They regularly say “two is better than one,” but they unusually say how much harder having two dogs can be.
Dog proprietor Nancy Schultz has two Golden Retrievers: a brother and sister called Zoey, who’s 4, and Jake, aged 5.
Jake and Zoey get forward well, but sometimes Zoey can get a little envious of her big brother, especially when Nancy is giving him more attention than she’s giving her.
In the video here, Nancy is politely filming as she holds with Jake and tells him how much she loves him — but Zoey isn’t thrilled about Jake getting all the attention, so she makes sure to let her mama know.
Check out the video to see the excited and adorable way Zoey decides to get her mama’s attention. I also have two dogs and they always hinder me like this when I’m spending more time with the other — it’s funny to see that other dogs do this as well!
Zoey may get jealous quickly, but I’m sure Nancy has lots of love to give both her beloved pooches!
You can also keep up with even more of Zoey and Jake’s experiences over on their Instagram page! The siblings are energetic enjoying the sunshine and beaches in their Southern California home.
